Electronics Wholesale for Russia from Dubai: 2026 Import Guide

By MIRSAQ General Trading LLC · Dubai, UAE · Updated November 2026

Dubai has become the primary global source for electronics imports to Russia. With direct air freight connections, established parallel import routes, and competitive wholesale pricing, Russian importers and distributors source billions of dollars of electronics from Dubai annually — including Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, JBL audio, Dyson appliances, Garmin devices, and more.

MIRSAQ General Trading LLC, operating from Dubai free zone, is a trusted electronics wholesale supplier to Russian importers. This guide covers everything Russian buyers need to know about sourcing electronics from Dubai in 2026: brands available, shipping routes, documentation, and how to get started.

Why Russian Importers Source Electronics from Dubai

Dubai's position as the electronics gateway to Russia has strengthened significantly since 2022. Several factors drive this:

• Parallel import framework — Russia's parallel import legislation allows importation of branded electronics without the brand owner's direct consent, enabling legitimate trade through third-country suppliers like Dubai
• UAE neutrality — UAE maintains trade relationships globally and imposes no restrictions on exports to Russia, making it an ideal transit hub
• Competitive pricing — Dubai wholesale prices for iPhone, Samsung, and other brands are highly competitive, often lower than European or Asian alternatives
• Established logistics routes — Direct air freight Dubai–Moscow operates regularly, with transit options via Armenia, Georgia, and Kazakhstan for additional routing flexibility
• Complete documentation — Dubai exporters provide all documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) needed for Russian customs clearance
• International warranty — Products sourced from UAE carry manufacturer international warranties valid globally
